79ling was born from a simple belief: Malaysian players deserve an honest, secure, and enjoyable online casino experience — without compromise. We built this platform with players at the heart of every decision.
If you ask us what 79ling is, the simplest answer is: we are an online casino platform built specifically for Malaysian players. But in reality, 79ling is much more than that.
We started in 2019 with a small team of people who understood what Malaysian players truly wanted — not a pretty but slow platform, not big bonuses with impossible terms, and not customer support that only knows how to say "Please wait." We wanted to build something different.
In our first few years, we focused on one thing only: building a solid foundation. That meant a fast and reliable payment system, quality game options from the world's top providers, and a support team that actually reads your message before replying.
This isn't just a slogan. The 79ling team includes many individuals who grew up in Malaysia and understand that local players are different from those in Europe or America. We know the importance of local payment options like online banking, Touch 'n Go, and Boost. We know that support in Bahasa Melayu isn't just a bonus — it's a basic necessity. And we know that trust is built not through words, but through consistent actions day after day.
From a few thousand members in our first year, 79ling now serves over 1.2 million registered members across Malaysia. This isn't just a number we chase — it's proof that our player-first approach truly works. Every single one of those members represents a trust we take seriously.
Starting with a simple vision — an online casino platform genuinely built for Malaysian players. First launch featured 80 carefully selected slot games.
The first Live Casino tables opened with Evolution Gaming and SA Gaming. Active members surpassed 100,000 for the first time.
The 79ling app for Android and iOS launched, letting players game from anywhere with an interface fully optimized for touchscreens.
The 79ling VIP Program has been expanded with new tiers and exclusive benefits. Priority withdrawals for VIP members have been introduced.
79ling continues to grow with over 500 games, 8 premium providers, and now serves millions of players across Malaysia.
Six things we prioritize every day — not for marketing, but because they matter to our players.
All transactions and personal data are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banks in Malaysia. Your information is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for local payment methods. No unreasonable excuses, no deliberate delays — your money is yours and we respect that fully.
Over 500 games from world-class providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Habanero, PG Soft, and more. Every game is selected based on quality, fair RTP, and an enjoyable playing experience.
The 79ling support team is ready to assist in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. In-app live chat ensures help is always available whenever you need it.
The 79ling app for Android and iOS was built from the ground up for a true mobile experience — not just a scaled-down website. Fast performance, an intuitive interface, and all features right at your fingertips.
The 79ling VIP Program is designed to reward loyal players in meaningful ways — not just badges and titles. Benefits include higher cashback, larger withdrawal limits, personal account management, and access to exclusive offers.
Every company has a mission. But for us at 79ling, a mission is not something written in a document and forgotten — it is a daily guide that shapes every decision we make.
Our mission is simple: to be the most trusted and most loved online casino platform among Malaysian players. Not the biggest, not the most advertised — but the one players trust and love the most.
To achieve that, there are several core values we hold without compromise:
We believe players deserve to know what they are getting into. 79ling bonus terms are written in plain language that any person can understand — not deliberately confusing legal jargon. Rollover requirements are stated clearly, withdrawal limits are not buried in fine print, and our account policies are explained in straightforward terms.
All games on the 79ling platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by independent audit bodies. The RTP for each game can be checked within the game information. We do not manipulate results — we don't need to, because our business model operates fairly by design.
79ling takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools for players to set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits. We also offer cooling-off and self-exclusion options for players who feel they need a break. For more information, please visit the Responsible Gaming us.
79ling players are more than just numbers in our database. We listen to feedback, make improvements based on player suggestions, and value every member — from first-time registrants to VIP players who have been with us for years.
The faces behind the 79ling platform — dedicated professionals who work every day to ensure you have the best gaming experience.
Responsible for keeping the 79ling platform fast, easy to use, and aligned with the needs of Malaysian players.
Round-the-clock monitoring of system security, KYC verification, and data protection for all 79ling members.
Available in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin — around the clock, to make sure your issues are resolved quickly.
Processing all deposit and withdrawal transactions quickly and accurately — because we know your money should not be kept waiting.
After more than six years in operation, we understand that trust is the most valuable asset we have. Once lost, it is extremely difficult to rebuild. That is why we are careful with every decision we make — from choosing game providers and designing bonus terms, to how we handle player complaints.
We promise to stay transparent about platform changes. When something changes — policies, terms, limits — we will notify members clearly and with sufficient notice. We do not believe in the "silent update" tactics that many other platforms practice.
We are also committed to continuously improving the platform based on real player feedback. Not every suggestion will be implemented — but every one will be read and given serious consideration. Our players are our best critics, and we value that honesty.
Ultimately, we want 79ling to be a name Malaysian players proudly recommend to their friends — not out of obligation, but because they genuinely trust it and are satisfied. That is our goal every day, and we will keep working towards it.
